- Your profile - The obvious place that most information is used is on your profile. You can hide or disable your profile at anytime. Remember that any information
in your profile can be viewed, downloaded, saved, printer or altered by anyone.
We are not responsible for the use or disclosure by others of the information you provide to Contravene.
- The internet protocol address you use to connect to Contravene may be used to tell
other users the country in which appear to reside. Typically this is the same country
you display on your profile.
- Contravene - Information about the way users use the site is collected to better improve the site for everyone.
- Third parties - From time-to-time information such as the total number of pages visited by everyone but not the user names might be provided to third parties such as advertisers.
Meeting someone online and in 'real life'
Maintain your privacy when meeting someone online and in 'real life'. Don't tell people about yourself straight away.
Don't include identifying information in your profile or in communication. Maintain your privacy and safety.

Spam and virus notification
Contravene does not send unsolicited emails nor support spam. All email sent from and received by Contravene are checked for viruses.
In addition all machines within the Contravene environment use the latest Microsoft security updates and are constantly monitored and scanned daily for viruses.
Updating your information
You can access, update, delete or alter your information at anytime by logging onto the website.
